Aug 27th 2010 12:47AM I used to work at the airport counter where you receive your tickets and check bags. I gave one woman her ticket and she looks at it and then proceeds to tell me that she bought bulkhead seats which have extra leg room. I then double checked the computer and informed her she did not buy the bulkhead seats, so when she was purchasing the tickets online, she must have clicked the wrong button by accident. She then continues to insist she bought the bulkhead tickets and will only fly in those seats. I then inform her that there is nothing I can do since other people bought the bulkhead tickets and I obviously can't take the tickets away from those people. She then storms off in a funk, who knows if she actually boarded the plane or not. The funny thing is the woman was about 5'2 and definitely didn't even need the extra leg room!
