Let them remember what their opinions were in 20 or 50 years and look back to see what's changed. Is that not what a yearbook is for?

Feb 27th 2011 10:11PM I can agree with the purring while dying part. My Pigeon definitely purred for the last few days she was alive but wouldn't eat or drink. We had her put to sleep due to extreme renal failure, but she lived many years in a loving house.

Jun 27th 2010 11:30PM Eh.. this video doesn't really sound like either of the two songs cited, however, she does appear to be attempting to recreate the shocking and occasionally borderline offensive behavior that brought Madonna her fame.

Too bad it's not borderline here, I was kind of offended by the visuals and not at all attracted to the audio. Boo.

May 17th 2010 1:48PM I have several animals. Nicodemous (I suspect I spelled it wrong), a mutt dog who goes by Nicky.
The cats.. a long haired tortoise shell named Taja.. she's a cranky old lady ;)
Junior, AKA Rusty, she's a brown and white tabby with some rusty colored streaks in her fur, who has a very similar attitude to the late Pigeon, who was the best lady cat anyone could ask for! She cooed like the bird when she played.. hence the name
Dominick ..a grey and white sweetheart of a tom with a baby girl voice
Mookie who is very high strung and just your typical brown tabby.

Mar 29th 2010 10:52PM I've hitched and picked up hitchers, in the late 90s and early 2000s. Never had a bad experience, but it was always in state and in areas I know. I did get car jacked once, woman jumped in my passenger seat and told me to drive. Then lit a crack pipe. She wanted out just about six blocks later, outside a strip club.. most random experience ever!

Sep 8th 2009 9:29AM I've always worked in the service industry but never in food. I always tip at 35% to 50% if I have the money available to do so. This is despite living in a state where servers are required to be paid state minimum wage ($7.25 now). Further, when I go to a bar and the drinks are free, I still tip a buck a drink. It's hard to work part time on minimum wage and most servers/bartenders do only work part time.. either you make good tips or you work a second job and wind up SO tired that life just sucks.
