Jul 18th 2010 7:49AM Typical!! Though I wasn never arrested. I was hassled by a deby collector, who did threaten me with arrest, and lawsuits!

But there is one fault with this evil plan of the debt collectors. If you have no money, YOU HAVE NO MONEY!!! The debtor is arrested and thrown in jail. He/she cannot make bail. Plus the debtor has 3 hots and cot(paid by our taxes). THAT can already overcrowd an overcrowded prison system!!!

THIS can backfire in the debt collector's face!!!

One can only hope!!
