Dec 21st 2007 11:20AM I was five when I smoked on my first cigarette with my mother, but of course she did not post it on any web site. In fact, there was no internet when I was five. She did get what she deserved she should have known better. Look at the teenage boys who recorded giving weed to a younger sibbling. You guys are hoping that child protective services will take the child but they probably wont.

Dec 21st 2007 11:13AM Well, personally I dont think she could be classified as an unfit mother. It was after all only a cigarette. Does she do drugs, does she beat the child without cause, or does she leave her child just anywhere with anyone? The article didnt say anthing about that now did they, no! But someone who has a file with CPS as long as my arm and neglects their children or doesnt even know where they are can have children placed in their home. So and I know for fact I am not exaggerating because the child protective services has now let this drug user and child abuser have her kids back for like the umptenth time. Allowing her to move her children all over the country. She has 3. SO get real people, it was a cigarette. Your Kids Are Smoking Behind The School, its no different, except for age.

Like would be like me trying to Mariah Carey for using my name, so I guess this car company will be suing anyone and everyone who is named LEXUS, right? Wrong, You can not stop people from using a name just because they do not like the way the other people are using it. what about all the people who have the word LEXUS in a screen name?

Nov 20th 2007 4:53PM I commented something earlier on cell phone inappropriate useage elsewhere, but to it seems they are causing more problems than what they intended to do. So throw them out, cancel your contract, you need to make a call there are payphones and your house phone and work phone you can use. Nothing can be more important that one has to use their cell phone and put their life at risk at the same time. I say BAN AND DISPOSE OF ALL CELL PHONES.

Nov 20th 2007 3:15PM It might be virtual but people had to purchase this "virtual furniture" in the first place and then not only that the person jailed for stealing; stole identities to gain the furniture and that is a crime. To each his own and if this is how they choose to spend their time instead of being on the streets doing drugs or other illegal things then hey I say awesome.

Nov 20th 2007 3:05PM Well, yes that is not too outrageous. I think people are paying more attention to their phones than the multiple hundred pound cars around them that could kill someone. I have read that some people are like about time. Well as a cell-phone owner I do not see how people are texting while driving anyways.Or how about this, outlaw cell-phones period, then we wouldnt have to worry about bombs being set off on airplanes or rude people who wont give you their order and holding up the line becuase they aer talking on their cell phones. This is a great idea. LETS GET RID OF CELL PHONES. PERIOD. AND THEN THERE WILL BE NOT STUPID LAWS THAT HAVE TO BE INDUCTED TO HELP KEEP PEOPLE SAFE ON THE ROAD AND IN THE AIR!!!!
