You are the worst of Monday morning quarterbacks. Anyone can say the "right" overreacted after the questionaire was withdrawn and the speech "cleaned-up" before delivery. And, you can bet the speech was cleaned-up before delivery, or, people would not have had to wait to the Monday of a holiday weekend before to view the speech.
Because the right reacted, the Administration admitted the questionaire's wording was not appropriate and the kids never had to see it, and most schools gave the parents the choice to "opt-out" rather than keep their children home.
We should be thanking those who spoke out against this "speech".
