Worrying about debt costs you an average of three and a half hours a day (WalletPop)

Jun 26th 2010 9:03AM Not being in debt or learning to manage debt before you get into it is one way to not waste 3 and a half hours a day. Sure, it can happen, but can you say "minimize exposure to it"?

Who Flies the Friendliest Skies? (AOL Travel News)

Apr 21st 2010 10:45AM You don't have to be a rude passenger to get rudeness in return from filled with bad attitude non SW flight attendants. I think that SW has all of the good ones. US Air, Delta, and United surely do not. I think it has to do with being ornery becuse their respective companies run schitte high cost operations that then translate into pay cuts and other denials for their employees to lower costs. The piss poor attitude almost always shows. SW attendants are always so spontaneously friendly and not afraid to crack a joke. The other airlines are tight assed as always. I fly weekly and see the difference and see it consistently. Some of you fly, what, once or twice a year for vacation? You are typcially the lard butts that take forever to load and think everyone has to wiat for you as you orgnaize your unorganized self. The business traveler can spot you a mile away in the security line. PILGRIMS!

Who Flies the Friendliest Skies? (AOL Travel News)

Apr 21st 2010 10:37AM How about some facts, not qualitative anecdotes. Compared to the others? How much? Where's the info. Sounds like you heard from someone who heard...telling me your a flight attendant means little. There are a ton of rude head up their butts flight attendants I've witnessed over the years.

Apr 21st 2010 10:33AM I prefer the SW system. Curious why you do not...the other systems ARE the flawed ones!

Who Flies the Friendliest Skies? (AOL Travel News)

Apr 21st 2010 10:30AM You beat me to it. I fly for business ALL of the time. It is Southwest who wins HANS DOWN and has been that way for the past decade. This writer is wasting their time, unless trying to rank the also rans. I'd be ranking the others by degrees of rudeness and flippantness.

Hotel fakeout photos can lure you and your money (WalletPop)

Apr 20th 2010 11:56AM Rented a B&B in Stratford Upon Avon, UK (Shakespeare's hometown) rigth across the street from the local high school on the main drag into center city. The internet B&B photo was a tightly cropped shot that was completely misrepresentative of the place. Then to boot they put us in their overflow rooms down the street which was a worse venue. it was called the Moonraker B&B. Beware!

Roger Waters to Take 'The Wall' Back on the Road in 2010 (Spinner)

Apr 12th 2010 9:01AM Having been a "lone fan" of Pink Floyd amongst my peers when the Ummagumma LP came out (Dark Side was 4 years off)and to the comments of young teen friends who used to call me "obscure Mike", I am amazed at some of the posts that try to pass themselves off as fact here. Astronomy Dommine (Syd Barrett's live version) had as much impact on me as heard on AOR FM as did Buffalo Springfield's, For What it's Worth, did several years prior. Defining moments in my musical listening and collection career.
