Jan 14th 2012 11:32AM i've always wondered the same thing. i've known people of both faiths and couldn't see the true Amish opening their homes to outsiders. i wondered if they teamed up with Mennonite families to benefit but also saw this as a break in their traditions.

Dec 16th 2011 6:35PM I don't know why the continuous uproar over HOAs enforcing the restrictions of their covenant. People know these in advance of purchase. Why would it be considered odd that the HOA - those elected by the very people who live in the neighborhood - would enoforce the covenant?

I'm sorry her introduction to the realities of Hollywood "starlets" was painful and hope she develops the thick skin needed to survive longer in the glitter and glam world. She has real potential.

Jan 6th 2011 2:12PM I don't know why anyone is romanticizing what this guy did. If he didn't want to live up to his vow as a priest, then he should have left the priesthood. Whether it's with a spouse or an occupation or a "calling," if you lie and cheat you're a liar and a cheater. You're not trustworthy. I sure wouldn't want to be in any kind of relationship with this man.
