'People Are Funny' Host Art Linkletter Dies at Age 97 (PopEater)

May 27th 2010 2:35AM I had no idea that he was still alive.

He sure brought a lot of laughs into this boys life. I remember my mom making me read his "Kids Say the darnedest Things". We all laughed at those darn kids, our whole family, even my dad.

It was a treat to see him interact with the little kids on his show. I really miss his good clean fun.

I wish his family and loved ones sympathy and warm thoughts.

May 16th 2010 5:52PM You keep talking about under 30 this and under 30 that. I'm 55 and this is what we wore way back in the "stone age". Not just the track butthuggers but basketballers and regular folks during the summer. In fact, the only one who didn't that I know of was my Uncle George who never wore anything but slacks and a button-up sweater.

1936 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic sells for a record $30+ Million (Autoblog)

May 9th 2010 6:46PM Well done gooding & son. You found the right person who had the bucks ( probably the woman who paid those millions of dollars for that ugly dog awhile back).
And to the new owner, please let us know who you are so we can all be envious. I for one love this car and would give my left knuckle to have it.

Twisted Tales: Chicago's Terry Kath Gambles With His Life (Spinner)

May 2nd 2010 1:24PM Terry was what made Chicago the band they were. Absolutly two bands, before and after T.K. The after was and is just a State fair band (sorry guys). Terry kept them in politics and driving emptions rather than lovie dovie crap. A truly sad day when he died.
