Feb 3rd 2011 9:35AM I hope walker finds his touch soon. Lamb is stepping up nicely trying to fill the gap. I thinkan ideal situation would be for walker to get double teamed for the next 2 or 3 weeks which will give lamb the opportunity to step up, then, when walker gets his mojo back, it will be just in time for big east tournement and march madness.

UCONN can get a crappy seed in the tournement and upset a higher team in their bracket and hopefully make final four...anyone can win this year..fingers crossed

Jan 3rd 2011 9:55AM Not fair to judge Edsall by his record. He was late to party, trying to put UCONN onthe map, which he did. He is a good coach. I suppose he did all he could do with UCONN. He needed to switch to a school where he was not a state employee. I bet he doubled his salary, probably makes more than Calhoun or Geno Auriema now. He is a good coach though. I am surprised he settled for Mayland..He could have been on the short list for Michigan or some other program that is a bit more prestigeous. The move to marylan is a lateral move - in terms of prestege - but a nice bump in pay. Good luck Randy

Dec 20th 2010 11:32AM 88 wins in anything is impressive. 88 wins in any division 1 sport is more impressive. They way they have dominated other ranked teams is amazing. Sure they have had a few cupcakes along the way, but have also beaten more ranked teams than UCLA did and they ahve won by a larger margin. UCLA streak was great, so is UCONN, apples and oranges to some degree, but there is something wrong with you if you think this is not a big deal or if you think it pales in comparison to UCLA streak
