On one flight I was sitting in an aisle seat and the guy by the window was getting coffee and the stewardess was standing there holding this scoulding hot cup of coffee directly over my head as her and the man discussed the breakfast menu and the plane was moving around and I kept thinking, "Are you F-ing stupid or something that you are holding that stuff over me like that?!" Nothing happened but it could have easily turned horrible with one unexpected bump.

Actually "malfunctions" of this type are common at casinos..Usually a machine with a maximum jackpot of say $40,000 will suddenly say $1,200,000 when someone wins... A $5.15 Million Jackpot certainly wouldn`t trigger "spitting out quarters" ..Wins over $1000 just freeze up the machine untill an attendant arrives
