Antipsychotics Have Dramatic Consequences in Kids, Study Shows (ParentDish)

Jun 22nd 2011 3:03AM Eli Lilly Zyprexa can cause diabetes I took Zyprexa a powerful Lilly schizophrenic drug for 4 years it was prescribed to me off-label for post traumatic stress disorder was ineffective costly and gave me diabetes.

This is a powerful drug that can damage a young person physiologically for life. Please take with caution and learn as much as you can about side effects. Eli Lilly's #1 cash cow Zyprexa drug sale $40 billion dollars so far,has a ten times greater risk of causing type 2 diabetes over the non-user of Zyprexa. So,here we have a conflict of interest that this same company also is a big profiteer of diabetes treatment.

FIVE at FIVE

The Zyprexa antipsychotic drug, whose side effects can include weight gain and diabetes, was sold for "children in foster care, people who have trouble sleeping, elderly in nursing homes."

Five at Five was the Zyprexa sales rep slogan, meaning 5mg dispensed at 5pm would keep patients quiet.

Google * Eli Lilly Zyprexa * and read the links. I took Zyprexa it gave me diabetes and was as addictive as tobacco. How so? Because withdrawal is accompanied by severe insomnia for 6 weeks.

Erroneous Rapture prophet Harold Camping gives us a new date with destiny (Asylum.co.uk)

May 24th 2011 3:21PM Harold Camping sounds like he plagiarized Jehovah's Witnesses
Jehovah Witnesses are a spin-off of the second Adventist which all came from the Millerite movement.American war of 1812 army captain William Miller is ground zero for Jehovah's Witnesses.
Yes,the "great disappointment" of Oct 22 1844 has never died out... it lives on in the Jehovah's Witnesses.
The central CORE doctrine of the Watchtower, yes the reason the Watchtower came into existence was to declare Jesus second coming in 1914.When the prophecy (derived from William Miller of 1842) failed they said that he came "invisibly".

AstraZeneca to pay $520 million for pushing Seroquel, linked to child obesity (WalletPop)

Eli Lilly has made 40 billion on 10 dollar a pill Zyprexa and it was way oversold and caused diabetes and in some cases sudden death. Zyprexa was pushed by Lilly Drug Reps.

They called it the "Five at Five" (5 mg at 5 pm to keep nursing home patients subdued and sleepy) and "VIVA ZYPREXA" (Zyprexa for everybody) campaigns to off label market Eli Lilly Zyprexa as a fix for unapproved usage.I am a living example of Zyprexa gone/done wrong was given it 1996-2000 off-label for PTSD got sudden high blood sugar A1C 14.7 in January 2000.The stuff was worthless for my condition PTSD and cost me thousands in co-pays gave me diabetes.

Zyprexa claims being stonewalled

Where is the (now up to) $4.6 billion Eli Lilly Zyprexa settlement going as many victim claimants haven't been paid yet? It's the largest pharma-fraud-whistleblower case in US history.

There must be millions out there harmed by this drug.

Misdirected E-mail Reveals Billion-Dollar Drug Lawsuit (Switched)

Feb 8th 2008 4:58PM In a word "VIVA ZYPREXA"

Zyprexa off label promotion scandal is all over the news now.
Lilly drug reps are alleged to have called their marketing ploy,"Viva Zyprexa".

Zyprexa which is only FDA approved for schizophrenia (.5-1% of pop) and some bipolar (2% pop) and then an even smaller percentage of theses two groups.
So how does Zyprexa get to be the 7th (some say 5th) largest drug sale in the world?

Eli Lilly is in deep trouble for using their drug reps to 'encourage' doctors to write zyprexa for non-FDA approved 'off label' uses.

The drug causes increased diabetes risk, and medicare picks up all the expensive fallout. There are now 8 states (and counting) going after Lilly for fraud and restitution.

Only 9 percent of adult Americans think the pharmaceutical industry can be trusted right around the same rating as big tobacco.

Eli Lilly lawyer sent important memo to The New York Times by mistake (BloggingStocks)

Feb 5th 2008 9:04PM What gets me is how they could ever blunder this Zyprexa scandal so badly.
I am just one claimant that they have stonewalled and have consequently put up nearly 30,000 pages denouncing the injustice.

Pay up the claims!Daniel Haszard www.zyprexa-victims.com
