Conspiracy theory: what happened to the EVO 4G vs. iPhone 4 post? (Engadget)
Jun 10th 2010 11:10PM @pk
my point of view is that engadget has been favoring apple items very often. i like this site, but even with exclude/apple on the address, i can still feel the eagerness from engadget writers to sell apple stuff. i mean, have you ever see a tech-site that can report a single item with 2 pages of posts? and so many of the posts are the pieces from one post? for example, they didn't have any report of the Samsung galaxy i9000 announcement, which will be one of the main competitors to iphone 4. Both phones are not yet released but in the same case; however, iphone 4 was over reported, and I9000 was never heard. i think this is the real conspiracy here.
iPhone 4 vs. the smartphone elite: EVO 4G, N8, Pre Plus, and HD2 (Engadget)
Jun 7th 2010 11:31PM great, you don't have Samsung galaxy I9000 on this list to compare, one of the best phone that is going to release, just like Iphone 4, so there is no point reading it. Engadget.com how much Apple pay you guys to write these? When Samsung I9000 was announced last week, I can barely see you guys reporting things about it, and whenever, yes i mean it, whenever apple announce something, you guys are so one sided, that report every good things and news about it. you really have to report one phone for two pages, and cut the steaming news into pieces, so that this site became an apple site, instead of a top-tech-site? change your name to engadget.co.apple yo. shame on you guys.

saying other phones better than Iphone doesn't mean, that phone is gonna take over Iphone's place. moreover, there are so many ignorants who just like apple anyway.

The Engadget Show: Inside the gadget markets of China, part one - Hong Kong (Engadget)
Apr 16th 2010 10:03PM @HydroRage first of all, you are totally off the topic. what in the hell are you talking about? don't you feel a shame? you are talking like those poorly educated hong kong post-80's teens, and when you use the word "we" as people who live in hong kong, please don't forget you don't represent anybody. you are Chinese, no matter how you word it, and if you ever tell people you are hong kongese, that's like people who call themselves Taiwanese, you don't know any history of your race, thus no one should respect you.

Apr 16th 2010 7:46PM only 5 mins? this is only a slice of hong kong..
by the way, hong kong "state" flag is not a national flag, it is just a symbol of the idea of one nation, two laws.
Google to stop censoring Chinese search results 'soon,' China warns of consequences (Engadget)
Mar 13th 2010 1:47AM @Seff
well, you should really comment on the google thing first, otherwise, this is off topic. freedom of speech is an idea, not reality, and individuality? i think you have never been to China before. I travel there once in a while, and i found that people there are friendly and happy with the way they live and things that are running around them. under communism might be limited as a person and a group, but that is in North Korea, not China. i can't imagine why you would think that they can't think freely and share their opinions, they do it as much as, and as often as you are, so don't worry. lastly, if you are still so behind the time and have never walk outside of this land, you need to accept that things are getting much better, just you don't know it yet. i have no interest talking to you, because i don't think you have been China before, so no point to keep surprising you kid.
Google to stop censoring Chinese search results 'soon,' China warns of consequences (Engadget)
Mar 12th 2010 9:23PM Google is a company, and if they want to keep operating in China, they must follow the laws in China, just like every other companies and that's all. just to remind some of you guys, knowing a lot of things doesn't mean knowing all the truth, and in any case, the news that you read and watch in the united state, is also censored or control by broadcasting centers in order to keep their license. so before you think that you have freedom and being informed with truth, you have to understand that your freedom goes like this "freedom". also in some researches on the internet, Chinese people are happier than us, but our broadcast center only show those Chinese kids that are suffering, check out some Chinese traveling programs, you will see how local people live.
