Aug 21st 2009 10:06AM Yeh, and they want us to change every bulb in our home to a Mercury bulb. That is just stupid. We had the same old type of bulbs for 20 years and changed a light bulb only 2 times. We put the Mercury ones in their place and they lasted only a couple of months. We took them back and got more, and they too only lasted 4 months. And they have to warm up to give you light, so when you turn them on, they take about 3-5 minutes to give you lite. You cannot expect to flip the switch, run in and out with lite with them. Are there any groups out there against the Mercury bulbs, because I will join and help out on banning them. Please email me and let me know if there are any because if every light in your home is Mercury, and they quit or even break, imagine the Mercury in your home that it is closed up for your to breathe in. Imagine the Mercury in the air when they get broken in the dump. Yes, I said dump, because when you call the garbage companies, they cannot even tell you what to do with them. And how many people would make a special trip anyway? Think about how many throw batteries in the garbage. Even your local toy store takes them out and in the garbage they go. How many people have a bin in their home for dead AA etc.. batteries to make a trip 10 miles away 2 times a year. The light bulbs will end up in the kitchen garbage and smashed on the garbage truck and in the landfils where they then start the chemical on fire.... There was nothing wrong with the traditional bulb.

Jul 23rd 2009 11:00PM I am confused...how does someone- kid or adult-- make millions by adding an application on facebook? What does that mean exactly? Or an online study application? I feel really out of it not understanding but someone somewhere must have told these kids what to do or did it for them. Anyone know exactly what they did to get started and all the process? No one ever tells you how to get a business started, they just brag that someone did. Like on Oprah years ago about the girl that come up with finger nail polish from experimenting in her back yard. It is not that simple. Did you catch the details that both her parents were lawyers for years and they had contacts and knowledge for a business. Or the one where the kid supposedly made millions creating the bacon micro cooker rack -- her parents invented the re-fibulator -- you know the one that saves lives all the time. Tell me they did not have money.
