No more vacation rentals in San Francisco (Gadling)

Aug 18th 2010 2:22PM You can make a law against using apartments for short rentals if you want to, but most people will find a way around it!! The hotels are becoming so expensive that you are going to either lose business or have to repeal that law!! I know the new law would discourage me from vacationing in San Francisco. Not everyone is Rich!!

Apr 26th 2010 2:59PM Back to Linda Berdeaux, Look Honey, I have my opinion and I say Jim Carrey is NOT handsome!! He could probably make a good character actor, but thats it!! If you think he is handsome, heyyyy, whatever floats your boat!! Just because he is over 6 feet tall, does not make him handsome...some short men have been absolutely gorgeous and BETTER actors too!! Al Pacino is one who comes to mind...I didn't need glasses to see that!!!

Apr 23rd 2010 8:12AM I liked Jim Carrey when he was on "In Living Color", I also liked his first movie, "The Mask", after that he didn't seem so funny anymore. Maybe he was trying too hard. Some movies I just found him irritating!! He's not handsome enough to be a leading man, so what does he do now?? I have seen other comedic actors go into dramatic roles, and even though he didn't shine in "The Number 23" He still maybe able to do drama.

Apr 12th 2010 5:08PM You need to get your facts straight. Jay Leno did not screw up, NBC did!! They forced him to retire so Conan O'Brien could take over the Tonight Show. Conan O'Brien turned out to be a BIG mistake!! I have watched him a couple of times and I never thought he was funny, never!!! NBC then panicked when Dave Letterman began to get higher ratings after Jay Leno left. So they decided to bring Jay Leno back. Also all the affiliate stations threatened to cancel the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien because he was not getting them the lead-in they needed. So the bottom line was: Jay Leno did not work at 10:00PM and Conan O'Brien did not work at 11:35PM...

Apr 6th 2010 2:24AM I have no sympathy for the grandparents. The mother took the boy back to Brazil saying she was only going for a vacation. She then divorced David Goldman and married another man. Unfortunately she died in childbirth. The stepfather and grandparents conspired for the next 5 years to keep the natural father from seeing his son. I think they should NOT be allowed to see the boy at this time. He has only been back with his father for 3 months. He seems to be adjusting well and needs time to get to know his father and his father to know him. The grandparents need to BUT out!! The are NOT to be trusted!!
