On one side of this STUPID case you have a Jerk QB who thinks he is intitled because of who and what he is. On the other side you a a Bimbo who's implant size is bigger than he IQ. More than likely she loved the attention but wanted more then attention so she did nothing about the picture or messages at the time they happened. Then one day someone says hey you could report him and maybe get him to offer a settlement to keep it quiet or sue him and get lots and lots of money. It's just another stupid law suit in a world gone crazy.

Dec 4th 2009 5:35PM A fellow Hoosier here. Santa Claus Land was the Nations First Theme Park and opened in 1946. Located in Santa Claus Indiana I have picture of me and my family taken there in 1962. It's is a wonderful place for the whole family and even has rides for toddlers. Even though the name changed years ago from Santa Claus Land to Holidy World I will always call it Santa Claus Land. I went as a child we took our children there and our children took their children and hopefully it will be around for a long time and my great grandchildren can visit. Best of all Santa is there everyday for children to sit on his lap and get a picure.

May 11th 2007 2:02PM I can't drink it and don't plan on considering it I have aspertame poisoning from drinking so many diet cokes (8 to 12 a day). I have't tried the diet coke with splenda but everything else I tried with splanda in it had a terriable taste. Beware of aspertame though it happened to me and can happen to you.

Age cutoffs for having babies? (ParentDish)

Aug 25th 2006 5:21AM I am past my child bearing years those years when it is less risky to have a child. Yet my life is filled with children, I have three sons all grown up and I have 6 grandchildren. I also have great nieces and nephews that I spend time with not to mention that I babysit with a little girl who calls me Memaw. I love children however I would not risk having another child even though I dearly love children and having them around.
However is it ok to have children after a certain age, in my opinion it is not worth the risk to yourself or your child BUT it is not against any laws and it is a personal choice.
Most doctors (or at least the ones I have seen in my life would not give fertility drug to a woman who would be a severely high risk pregnacy especially those who have went through menapause or are going through it. Although we all know that there are some doctors who would and have.
Having said that I have a dear friend who took fertility drug to get pregnant she is now 40 and her son is 4 and she would love to go through the fertility drug program again and have another child. Her son was born physically and mentally ok but he had an extra thumb on one hand (which was removed when he was 3). She knows that any baby she has could have physical and possable mental handicaps and that she would be a high risk pregnacy, but it worth the risk to her and her husband. So should she be denied the oprotunity to have another child? I don't think that is a decision that other should be allowed to make it is her decision.
As many people on here have said in their post if you start denying women the right to have children because of their age what is next? Women who are drug atticts, alcoholics and prostitutes have children and they are just a high a risk.
One thing I never wanted was to be an old mother who couldn't do thing for and with her children and grandchildren. Fourty is not to old to have children when you think in terms of being only 58 when the child graduates high school. However when you think in terms of grandchildren you would be in your 60 or more and not as able to do things with grandchildren.
I had my children young and am now able to do things with my grandchildren that I did with my children and that is a blessing.
However the blessing of having a child and the age at which you have a child is the choice of the individual and should NOT be made by anyone else but the woman the babies father and her doctor.
