Maria Shriver Buys $10 Million Mansion Near Schwarzenegger's Home (PopEater)
Jul 7th 2011 6:51PM Yeah, yeah... Next time you're in the same room, interacting with Arnold and his kids...please take some video footage so you can prove your insider information on what kind of father he is. So tired of everybody judging everybody else on here. Get a life.
George Lopez buys championship rings for L.A. school's baseball team (Celestrellas)
Jun 11th 2011 11:49AM To BS (appropriate name): You know, someone always wants to come along and pee on everyone's parade. Obviously you have no personal knowledge of whether or not ONE of these kids has $200 sneakers. You're just pulling this out of your butt. You just like to mouth off about things you have no knowledge of. And secondly, what if they did have $200 shoes? This is still a great gesture and encourages the best part of these kids... working hard for something, teamwork and sticking with a job until you win.... these are great lessons for these kids. And then to be recognized and rewarded for it...goes a long way towards building better Americans. Let's applaud that!
Lance Armstong Feuding With '60 Minutes' Over Doping Allegation (PopEater)
May 21st 2011 4:04PM I gotta say.... anyone who thinks 60 Minutes doesn't have an agenda is just kidding themselves. They get ratings by muckraking. I don't know whether Armstrong took performing-enhancing drugs or not (and neither do any of you), but I DO know that we can't trust the media. If you want to say it's all about fame and money for Mr. Armstrong, you can say it threefold times about the media. Believe me, they're not after the truth.... they're after sensationalism and revenue! Judge both Lance and CBS with the same yardstick.
John Legend Tells Donald Trump to Quit 'Saying That Racist Bulls**t' About Barack Obama (PopEater)

In a sense, you're correct. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, allowing anyone who was a “Citizen of the United States” at the time of the adoption of the Constitution to be eligible to be President, grandfathered these presidents to be eligible. All presidents born after 1787, except for Chester Arthur met the “natural born Citizen” criteria, i.e., born on U.S. soil to a mother and father who were themselves U.S. citizens at the time of the President’s birth. Obviously, there is a question about whether Mr. Obama.... that's why many people are having this discussion.

Apr 8th 2011 10:56PM Actually, Tex, you're wrong. If what you are saying is true, there would be no debate. The fact is, the law refers to a person who has served in the military or the state department. Mr. Obama's mother did not qualify in either case.

First stop shouting. Second, we've never had a President who had a non-American father before. Third, we've never had a President whose grandmother swears he was born in Africa. So, I think it's appropriate to ask the question at least. He happens to be half-black but that isn't the issue...there are questions surrounding his birth. THAT is the issue. And it's not a racist question. It's a constitutional issue.

There's never been a question before... We've never had a president that had a non-American father before. I don't see it as a race issue. But when you have family members claiming that the person in question was born in another country, surely you can understand why people might wonder. Don't you get this?
Justin Bieber Apologizes to Fans for Giving the Finger (PopEater)
Mar 3rd 2011 10:06AM Mike: Couple of things...1. When is it ever too late for an apology? That's a stupid thing to say. 2. You say he should own up to it... What do you think an apology is? It means I did something I shouldn't have and I'm sorry. Listen, I'm not a fan. Never bought any of his stuff...as far as I know, I never heard one of his songs. But when some neanderthal like you is vicious for no reason, somebody needs to stand up and tell you to sit down.
LaRue Martin's Story Proves One of Redemption, Success (Fanhouse NBA Blog)
Jan 27th 2011 10:02AM You must not be a business owner. If you were the one having to figure out how you were going to make payroll each week, or who you were going to have to let go because you weren't making enough to cover overhead... you wouldn't be so quick to say, "just pay them." It's real easy to spend other people's money.
Kathy Griffin Makes It Through New Year's Broadcast Without Cursing (PopEater)
Jan 2nd 2011 5:56PM Well, guess what? Hardly anyone on here actually watched her. They just hate her. THAT is the point. CNN lost 30% of their audience because of this loudmouth idiot. Personally, I think anyone who likes her has a problem... when all you can find to laugh at is obscenities or putdowns of other people, I think you should start looking at yourself in the mirror and ask what is wrong.
