Sarah Palin Tells NRA Convention Obama Would Ban Guns if He Could (Politics Daily)
May 14th 2010 10:50PM Well the first reason is that those who wrote our constitution thought it important enough to make it their second priority, right after freedon of speech. And your wisecrack about guns killing children is way offline. As a responsible NRA member I always consider gun safety first and have for over 50 years. I got my first gun when I was 11 years old. ALL of my firearms are locked until I'm ready to use them. Stick around long enough till someone starts taking away some right YOU want to preserve and YOU TOO will be ready to buy a gun. That is - if you still can. Personally I will actively campaign against ANY public official who is against gun ownership.
Sarah Palin Tells NRA Convention Obama Would Ban Guns if He Could (Politics Daily)
May 14th 2010 10:41PM The right to own a firearm is in the Constitution, as the Second Amendment on our "Bill of Rights". I hope Americans realize - whether they support gun control or not - that supporting and anti-gun law will nullify a right conferred to us by the very first document that laid the legal framework of our country. After that goes, nothing will be sacred. Expect the First Ammendment to go soon after. Wake up Americans !!!

Oscars 2010 Show Review: Decent, But What a Drag (Moviefone Blog)
Mar 8th 2010 5:43PM You are correct - the Oscars honor ALL those who collaborate to make a great movie what it is. And that includes screenplay, wardrobe, cinematography and other behind the scenes folks who work hard to, as Sandra Bullock said, "make me look great".

Latest Round-Up of Obama Poll Ratings by State (Politics Daily)
Feb 14th 2010 10:09PM Obama has not done anything he campaigned about. Even his signiture health care program is a sham. He seems to have missed the fact that Americans elect a President to be a LEADER. He DOES NOT LEAD, he turned everything over to Pelsi & Reid and washed his hands of the matter. He's doomed. 2012 and 2012 will see a return of republicans to power just because Americans will want to get rid of HIM like they wanted to get rid of Bush. Who knows, maybe we WILL WANT BUSH back!
Scott Brown Says Talk of Running for President 'Silly' but 'Humbling' (Politics Daily)
Jan 31st 2010 2:44PM Because he is the kind of legislator we really need in government. One who is willing to do his homework, do what he can in a public position and learn the legislative ropes before he tackles a job he is not prepared for - unlike the current occupant at 1600 Pennsy Ave.
Did Minnesota Run Up the Score? (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Jan 18th 2010 11:09AM The 10 run rule is for kids T-ball. If you can score a TD, why not, thats what they are there for. Dallas is a bunch of crybabies. Given the reverse situation, they'd do the same thing.
Pryor Wins One for Ohio (Fanhouse NCAA Football Blog)
Jan 2nd 2010 8:48AM The title of the article states: " Pryor wins one for Ohio". There are 500 photos attached in the window titled "College Football" and there were 5 bowel games yesterday - Jan. 1st. Out of the first 200 photos 191 were of the Cincy-Gators game and 9 were of the Ohio State-Oregon Game. Biased news coverage? You bet. I'm from Ohio and I'll admit that over the past few years we haven't put on a great showing in post season games. The big 10 was whipping post for the rest of the country. But wait: consider this. Tebow is HISTORY. They beat a team which no one really seriously believed could be in the top 10 if there were an SEC, Big12, PAC10 or a Big10 conference member. But 191 out of 200 photos??? Don't forget Pryor is a true sophmore, and Tebow is history. History is yesterday. Pryor is tomorrow. Oh yes, there is the seed of those other conferences outside the Big 10. The spread offenses, the mind boggling yardage stats. But football is played in a 60 minute box and the rules still say that the clock keeps ticking after a running play. That bowl record set yesterday was for time of possession. OSU had the ball for more than 2/3 of the game! Spread offense and speed don't mean diddley when your QB is sitting on the bench! Yes there were 5 bowl games yesterday. The big 10 teams won 2 and only lost a 3rd by a FG in OT. Tebow is history. Tomorrow is coming.
