Why Rebooting 'Alias' is a Bad Idea (AOL TV)
May 31st 2010 6:01PM That's what happens when you have the 25 and under executives who have no idea what creativity is. This "new" generation has no creative thought, no adventure and they copycat in order to produce anything.
Find the ol' guys and let them come up with something. I bet they will surprise you.
Would You Go to Work Barefaced? Get Ready for Makeup-Free Monday (Stylelist)
May 17th 2010 3:17PM When you are in your 20's the idea seems fine, but get in the upper 30's and 40's - not so good.
The idea may be "inner" beauty, but people still judge the book by it's cover.
What Killed 'The Jeff Dunham Show'? (Inside TV Blog)
Dec 30th 2009 2:48PM I watched his specials, and I am a liberal. I enjoyed a lot of his humor but I was aware it was mostly for the redneck squad who like making fun of others not like themselves. But, hey, I like to make fun of rednecks. To each their own.
But, a lot of what he does IS funny. But the show, it was just bad writing. The idea of placing the puppets in "real life" situations was a flop. They ran too long, didn't have any "guest stars" to react with that might have helped. It is the interaction between the puppet and Jeff that made it funny.
There simply was not enough good writing and good interaction. And, he is rude, so, public television - think people, you have to soften it a bit - all the rude shows have been canceled.
Anybody actually LEARN from past shows?
9 Banned Apps You'll Never See on the iPhone (Switched)
Nov 6th 2009 1:16PM Is there anybody out there who understands capitalism? If apple wants to ban things, they can ban things. It's their business. You don't want them running things, you just want things run your way.
Everybody complains they can't have it all their way. The country can't run on selfish behavior - it runs on business.
You don't like it? Go and and create your own. THAT'S THE AMERICAN WAY.
Eight Worst Things to Say in an Interview (AOL Jobs)
Nov 1st 2009 5:03PM So, you think you are owed the job? If someone walks out to take a call, maybe the call is important? And if you are not willing to be patient, what good are you to them?
I have found that candidates between 20 and 27 all feel they are somehow special, and why doesn't the interviewer see it?
It's a job, not high school or college. It's for grownups.
You have to sell yourself, do the job, and get results. That's it.
If you don't like the company, don't interview. If you think someone owes you, get over it.
Mine is a "I have been through this way too much" type of personality. . . I am tired of interviewing spoiled brats.
Mel Gibson's Girlfriend Gives Birth (PopEater)
Nov 1st 2009 4:32PM A bit "judge-e" aren't we? She is a tramp? He should be ashamed? Gee, how many of you call yourself Christians and still feel you have the right to judge, or get upset when someone judges you with comments like "How dare they judge me, they dont know me."
SO easy to judge someone else you know nothing about, eh?
Home Depot fires cashier over 'God' button (AOL Jobs)
Oct 29th 2009 2:43PM They try to respect all religion by not allowing any religion.
Everybody would scream if he had a "Love allah" button - but somehow it is ok to let a christian button be worn? hypocrites.
This is a nation of diversity. RESPECT DIVERSITY. Wear the button at home, not in the store.
I love my country and I am christian, but, really, let's stop the ONE RELIGION ONE COUNTRY selfish thinking.
Rush Limbaugh, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the Rams: Should the NFL be Renamed the 'National Liberal League'? (Politics Daily)
Oct 14th 2009 3:54PM Since when do we have to rename and define things with liberal? Why is Rush trying to start a civil war today?
This county is about all of us and to make such comments about how to divide a nation whether it is about football or politics, it really hurts all of us.
Just how far are we going to go to destroy America?
Create a riot, yell at free speech, insult individuality, insult the President, insult half of America, gee Rush, what WON'T you do for ratings?
When do you stop, when there is bloodshed on the street? Oh wait, that is already happening.
So Rush, when do you stop? Do you hope we kill each other over your comments? Will THAT be enough?

Jul 2nd 2009 9:23PM And his reward is his 15 minutes of fame.
Thanks for showing rewarding bad behavior.
