Foreclosures Could Be on the Rise Again, Report Says (AOL Real Estate)

Dec 20th 2011 10:14AM It's not the congress's job to create jobs - that's up to your state and local officials - stop looking to Washington to solve your problems.

Foreclosures Could Be on the Rise Again, Report Says (AOL Real Estate)

Dec 20th 2011 10:11AM That's not entirely true - when Bush came out with his own housing policy it mirrored Clinton's in almost every way and so to suggest that Bush tried to stop this is uneducated at best. Bush increased home ownership big time under his tenure - especially amongst minorities as he tried to pump up the Republican tent. But while he was pushing home ownership he turned his back on the process. He was advised as early as 2006 that we were headed for a disaster but he was unwilling to make any deals to avert it. While Clinton made stupid decisions as well it is equally stupid to suggest that Bush had no hand in this situation and that he tried his best to avoid it. I wonder if you will tell the truth now.

Tennessee Home Burns as Firefighters Watch (AOL Real Estate)

Dec 7th 2011 1:02PM Seems to me that the town could generate the revenue so that the fees are covered and not left to the homeowner's memory or judgement. Higher property taxes, higher sales tax, a fee added to people's driver's licenses etc., If the issue is the fee and that's all that's needed to get firemen to turn the hose on - there should be an easier way to get everyone to pay.

WATCH: Ornery Neighbor Scaring Off Prospective Buyers? (AOL Real Estate)

Sep 22nd 2011 5:40PM First Amendment rights concern your right to protest against your government without fear of arrest. It doesn't mean that you can say anything you want, whenever you want and not suffer a consequence. You won't go to jail and so that part of protected free speech is still in place but there could be a consequence. You can't yell "fire" in a packed room when there isn't one and should you call your neighbor's wife a bad name - you won't go to jail but chances are you will receive a busted lip.

Evan Rachel Wood Reveals She's Bisexual (PopEater)

Apr 18th 2011 11:11PM Used to be when dating that us guys worried about how many men our lady of interest might have been with - now we have to worry about how many men her men might have been with - sick sign of the times. Gay ok - straight ok - bisexual nothing more than wanting the whole cake and eating it too - no such thing.

The Word 'Retard': Stop Using It (ParentDish)

Mar 6th 2011 1:07PM This article is retarded and to the teacher that has outlawed the word retarded - if the student isn't referring to you or your relative - shut up. it's not your place to teach the kids about political correctness and if they aren't referring to you or your sister you really have no right or reason to take issue with what they say. Stick to the study program because in the end whether the kid says retarded or not is irrelevent if they can't read, write or cipher. Teachers are failing our kids today and it's not because the kids use the word retarded - it's because teachers forgot why they're employed.

Tony Malinosky, Oldest Living Ex-Player, Reportedly Dies at 101 (Fanhouse MLB Blog)

Feb 9th 2011 7:39PM I am sure that you have published work and a loyal list of readers - care to share? I ask because people like you leave posts like this either because you want all the attention or because you're an accomplished author trying to help the industry - which is it?

Thrilling Match, Frustrating Result for Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard In Draw (MMA Fighting)

Jan 2nd 2011 8:28AM No where in the constitution does it state that congress has the authority to regulate sports BUT it doesn't say they don't either. Congress has a way of deciding what it does and does not have the authority to regulate. You are aware that more than a dozen professional athletes have been called to testify before congress for issues ranging from doping to deliberately throwing a match?
