And Johnny Weir IS out. He doesn't have to say IM GAY GUIZ to be out. At the GLAAD media awards, he made self-inclusive statements like OUR people (referring to the LGBTQ community). If he were hiding his 'true self' as so many idiots seem to think, he wouldn't have said that. He just feels that the question is utterly irrelevant.

Nov 19th 2009 1:58PM I did a double take the first time I saw peanuts listed as an allergen on my jar of *cough* PEANUT butter.

I get the labeling laws where something may not be obvious. But I think that, if someone sues over something OBVIOUS that's unlabeled (eg milk in, oh, MILK?) They should just be killed, in the name of protecting the gene pool.

Nov 7th 2009 5:33PM He's been my favorite actor for years for the same reason. He's completely genuine, and just utterly amazing. I too see an Oscar nom for him, as well as the film (Best Picture and/or Best adaptation), and possibly even Kodi (supporting actor).

Oct 18th 2009 11:37PM Churches are allowed to refuse to marry anyone they want. The GOVERNMENT (and a justice of the peace is acting on behalf of the government) cannot refuse interracial marriages. This is a big part of where that whole separation of church and state comes in.

It's also why churches can't be forced to marry gays in states that allow gay marriage.
