Oct 21st 2009 1:14PM This guy is a reporter, I have been in the real estate business since 1971, if history is close to what happened in 1987, which I think this is a little worst, he is a big dope, values are going to be flat for about 5 years, pent up demand exists, if the economy improves which is always does, we will have a peak again, values go up and down but in the long run the value is 1-2% over inflation. you just have to wait it out.
