Dec 8th 2007 9:19AM I can't believe an attempt is being made to lure women back in to those neanderthal girdles. A girdle by any other name is still a girdle. That said, I ordered a Spanx bra a few years ago and was horrified at what arrived in the mail. This thing was ugly, difficult to put on, and very unflattering under clothing. It looked like something that had been pulled out of the trash, and that's exactly where it went - in the trash.

Dec 5th 2007 6:19PM I am getting more and more put off by AOL's lame 'news' service. They can't even put a coherent title on the link to an article. This article had absolutely nothing to do with the link's title, and it's very frustrating to follow a link looking for the subject matter at hand. AOL - get it together! Have at least a few semi-intelligent people on your staff, even if you have to pay them a little more.

Nov 23rd 2007 11:11AM Pennsylvania is just looking to levy another tax. Having auctioneers licensed doesn't guarantee integrity or anything else. Ebay offers the little guy with no capital a chance to get in the game. Pennsylvania needs to look elsewhere to scare up a few more funds.

Nov 18th 2007 2:34PM Tori, I sat in a McDonald's dining area and in front of me, on the plate glass window, the top part of a hamburger bun stuck to the glass, along with the pickle, onion, mustard and ketchup that had been smeared there along with it. That could have been put there by some kid 10 minutes before I sat down. However, a week later I sat in the same spot, and while the bun was gone, the rest of the food, including the pickle slice, remained smeared on the window. Now if this is how well they're cleaning the area that the customers can readily see, what are they doing in the kitchen where customers can't see?? There is no need for one to have worked there to know that this is intolerable slovenliness. As for stupidity, I once spoke to the manager who backed up her employee's decision that, while Quarter Pounders with Cheese were on sale for $2.00, I was expected to pay $2.69 for a Quarter Pounder with No Cheese since they weren't on sale. It's tough to ignore this special kind of idiocy.

Nov 18th 2007 9:51AM McDonald's are filthy, nasty restaurants. I'm not sure how they come up with some of the idiots they hire, but many of the managers are bigger morons than the employees. Of course with the low pay they offer the counter folks and managers, it's no wonder they can't get anyone semi-intelligent to work there. These jobs should be left to high school kids and semi-retired folks who are just looking for a little pocket change and perhaps health insurance.

"Wow - if they're this hard to find it must be a great toy!" I have zero interest in a Wii.

Nov 11th 2007 9:53AM She has an interesting face, especially pretty eyes. Was funny to browse through the photo gallery and see her upper lip go from full collagen overload down to just before she needed more injections. I don't understand why women do this fish lip thing, makes their faces look unnatural and basically off-kilter.
