Jan 19th 2009 5:09PM I don't think it is all that much --seems we don't really even know what the cost will be. Isn't it a 'stimulus package' for DC? Surely those businesses and the city will make some money on it. When they spend the money they are often buying local services...which goes into local pockets only to be spent again. Seems like what we call free enterprise under any other circumstance.
