Oct 25th 2011 12:14AM The banks have absolutely no reason to do a loan modification for anyone. There's no money in it for them. They make their money by foreclosing, then dumping the house on the market at a huge loss, then they demand that the gov't (FDIC) reimburse them 80% of the loss (based upon the original sale price). The banks make a ton of money, and it all comes from the taxpayers. The laws need to be changed to stop this practice. Oh, and the bank tries to stick the defaulting homeowner for the loss also. So they get double bucks, if the homeowner is stupid enough to fall for the scam. And then, along comes the friggin IRS and they say the banks loss is "income" for the defaulting homeowner. I think it's time for a real president. This experiment has failed.

She was told that Hef wanted to meet her and if she wanted to keep her job, she'd better do what he asked. She ended up having sex with him and told me that he was by far the worst lay she ever had and not very well endowed. That's how Hef gets his young women, through threats and intimidation. My friend needed her job and only did what she had to do to keep it.
