Aug 16th 2006 12:25AM I just came back from the netherlands & I did not see any one even overweight! It was such a nice sight. They all ride bicycles even in the winter, they have no fast food junk diet. They eat the way we used to 50 years ago nice restraunts, wine, beer, garden foods, etc. American diet & way of healthy lifestyles has gone down the tibes. Fat is ugly so i guess 50-60% of the country is ugly. Ride your bike, drink wine & only eat 3-5 small healthy meals daily or just don't care & get uglier & fatter. Have Fun.
