If you see the world as black or white then this guy was white. What we really found out is that JN is overworked trying to handle the worst oil spill in US History, Southern Border (immigration), terrorists in the US, etc...The DHS is too big and needs to be broken down into more manageable departments.

If we are going to make the analogy of freedom of choice for filming an illegal act then how about the analogy of a "free will" ruling and anyone guilty of violating this "free will" will be forced to fight the "Pit Bulls".
