The Country's Biggest Tourist Trap: South of the Border (Gadling)

Jul 19th 2011 6:14PM It's iconic and still a great place to break up the I-95 trip....there's nothing else like it.

Lady Gaga's 'Judas' Video Gets Early Release (AOL Music Blog)

May 5th 2011 5:01PM She sure sticks to a formula...sounds like every other 'song' she has ever put out....her career reminds me of The Emperor's New Clothes...everyone is afraid to say "Hey, wait a minute, that's garbage."

Bride Sues Groom for Leaving Her at the Altar -- To the Tune of $95K (Lemondrop)

Dec 16th 2010 2:56PM Any lawyer that takes a case like this should be sent back to law school for a refresher....this type of suit, Breach of Promise, was done away with decades ago. Not every sad situation is deserving of massive quantifies of money.

Deep Inside the Brutal, Embarrasing War for 'Tonight' (PopEater)

Nov 18th 2010 8:17PM As I can't sit through either one of their shows, their little feud has no interest for me. Letterman is better, but give me Craig Ferguson any day - the man is truly entertaining.

Deep Inside the Brutal, Embarrasing War for 'Tonight' (PopEater)

Nov 18th 2010 8:12PM Since I don't watch either one of them, their feud means nothing to me. Letterman is better, but give me Craig Ferguson any day of the week - the man is truly entertaining.

FEMA Drowns Millions of Homeowners in Flood Insurance Premiums (Housingwatch)

Jan 15th 2010 3:42PM What most people don't realize is that everyone is in a flood zone of some type...some areas are riskier than others, obviously....I know, in our area of Florida, there have recently been floods where it has never flooded before, and the lenders did not require those folks to buy flood insurance because they were not in a "risk zone." Better safe than sorry.

Michael Jackson 'Got What He Wanted' (PopEater)

Sep 3rd 2009 7:57PM It's "malice aforethought" not "miles of forethought" - Jackson knew what he was doing and accepted the risk....let the doctor alone and let Michael and his family rest

Abortion Rights Groups Target Palin (Politics Daily)

Sep 6th 2008 7:38AM This whole debate filters down to the government attempting to legislate morals..it simply can't be done, whether it's abortion, alcohol or pot. People will continue to do what they please, legal or not. I fully agree that a woman has a choice, but that choice is whether or not to have unprotected sex. Once pregnant, her choices are limited by the inalienable rights of another human being, i.e. the baby. Sugar coat it any way you want, taking the life of any defenseless human being is murder.

Michigan and Florida Get Convention Votes Back (Politics Daily)

Aug 25th 2008 8:32AM Too little, too late....I'm now a member of the Republican Party....really tired of all the Democratic Drama and head games....

Disney's first African-American princess -- back to the drawing board (ParentDish)

Jul 23rd 2008 10:23AM Who is Bethany Sanders and who lied to her and told her she was a writer? For Disney to create a fictionalized story featuring a black heroine just to fill a void is ridiculous. If they want to tell a story, such as Pocahontas, and the lead character is black, great. I think it's time we all look around and notice there is no such thing as black and white, we are all remarkably varying shades of brown. As far as her not letting her children see Pocahontas because her distant relatives are Ojibwe, what an asinine comment. The two tribes are from different areas and were not related. She is denying her children the joy of seeing a remarkable film.
