Amazing Photos Of Uzbekistan's Desert Ship Graveyard (Gadling)

Jun 2nd 2012 10:51AM Leave it to a bunch of commies to f**k up a good thing.

Evacuated Tube Transport could take you to China in two hours (Gadling)

Mar 28th 2012 9:39AM If it works by magnetism, what is "evacuated"? I wonder how much a ticket will cost. It would be an excellent shipping mode. Will there be a driver, or will it all be automated? Probably won't happen in our lifetime, but who cares? One place I do NOT want to go is China.

Isolated tribe discovered in Paraguay (Gadling)

Mar 18th 2012 10:28AM The United Nations needs to mind its own business. If we do not contact these people, how are we going to bring them the Gospel? Hell is full of people who are there only because some government kept them from knowing Jesus.

Six things NOT to do when renting an RV (Gadling)

Feb 14th 2012 10:35AM I would rather stay at a cheap motel, provided it is family owned, and is bed-bug free. I have found that the personel are much friendlier, and do not expect a tip for every little old thing. The big hotels are too expensive, and sometimes the personel are not the nicest people. And I would rather walk down the street to a decent restaurant, than to pay the higher prices at an in-hotel place.

Strolling through the airport just got more exciting with the new musical floor (Gadling)

Jan 14th 2012 10:53AM What happens when the place is crowded, and someone rolls over a square, likes the music, and stands there to listen to it? Excuse me, can I get by? Not yet. I'm listening to Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries.

A light sleeper's lament: six things you shouldn't do in a hotel (Gadling)

Jan 14th 2012 10:46AM When I owned my laundromat, the kids could get very unruly, noisy, running, playing with cart, tampering with machines, etc. I did not hesitate to correct the kids myself, not going through the parents. Some of the parents didn't like this, but I got far more thanks than complaints. I would tell the parents that when the kids are in my store, they will behave or get out. Kids will be kids? NO! In my store they will be young ladies and young gentlemen. It was surprising how many customers would tell me they came to my store simply because of the sound discipline.

World's worst places: Top 10 places you do not want to visit in 2012 (Gadling)

Jan 6th 2012 9:30AM OOPS!!! I meant to say "We will", not will will. Sorry about the typo.

World's worst places: Top 10 places you do not want to visit in 2012 (Gadling)

Jan 6th 2012 9:27AM When I see stuff like this, I thank God that he made me an American. We must NEVER allow our country to fall to that level of civilization. Will will, if we allow socialism, which is mutually shared poverty, to take over. Let's vote out all socialists in our government.

Ivory poaching on the rise thanks to Asian demand and a legal loophole (Gadling)

Jan 4th 2012 9:57AM Wow, Jeannie, you really popped your cork on that one! Are elephants more important than people? Why shouldn't Asians reproduce? I noticed neither you nor the article mentioned ivory piano keys. I can understand having restrictions on killing elephants, but like another reader said, why not anesthesize them instead. And let the poor Asians reproduce responsibly.

How Large We Live: Average Home Sizes Across the U.S. (AOL Real Estate)

Jan 1st 2012 4:26PM It's nice to see that at least some people care about the planet.
