Dec 17th 2011 1:40PM Dear Sunnymayer, Perhaps your home owners assoc. should ban pregnant women from your housing area. Put in to place restrictions against handicaped individuals who might have motorized wheel chairs on the sidewalks, then ban anyone under the age of 21 living in the area so you will not ever have any loud music. I would really suggest you get a life and go read several books on how to get along with people.

Dec 17th 2011 1:29PM Here in the area where I live, the HOA insisted that all homes had to have wooden shake shingles and because of that many homes have burned to the ground because of Lighning strikes, fireworks, embers from other homes fireplaces. It took getting sued and losing to get them to relax the rules and alow flame proof shingles of other designs.

The bankers caused this mess by their mishandling of morgages and the bundling and turning them into junk bonds that were not worth the paper they were written on. The have caused the world wide financial crises that has thrown the world into this mess. The best thing that can be done is to start prosecuting these thieves and putting them in jail.

Mar 21st 2008 11:28AM The best excuse I ever heard was from a man I stopped for speeding 70 in a 55 zone, he said that his wife was going to get pregnant in 30 minutes and that he wanted to be there at the time. That was a new one to me so I told him to slow down and be careful so he could be there at the time. Let him go and chalked the stop up to Verbal warning.
