8 Signs Your Relationship Is in Jeopardy {Personal Articles}
Nov 30th 2008 10:24PM I think that this age situation is sad! I am a man
just turned 70 and I like the idea of being able to talk to anybody., Sometimes, you have to lay it out on the table as to the control issue. Everybody needs time for themselves and this might
be hobby, work, or just "think" itme. My observation is that most women 40 plus are not really interested in marriage, maybe a little good
sex, or even all important romance, but being able to spend time together on a mutual subject is more
important.
Online Porn On Planes? Not If Flight Attendants Can Help It {Switched.com}
Sep 15th 2008 11:37PM I'll go a step further; read a book, do a puzzle, take a nap, and you can even concoct a scheme to screw the airlines for screwing you on this
phony fuel crap, buying soft drinks and meals, paying for any bags at all.
I just purchased RT ticket to Japan___$962 San Diego-Tokyo-San Diego.
It's a done deal and it is on an American Flag carrier. If the airlines are
screwing us on extra items, better that those particular airlines go out of business and let the smart ones survive. Hey AIRLINES, you want extra
$ for high fuel prices, then make a promose that you will lower those fares just as quickly when OIL retreats.

'Us' Readers Protective of Palin {Political Machine Blog}
Sep 7th 2008 1:46PM Hey___Don't let this election destroy the USA! We have a right to vote for the person(s) of our choice
and if we all do it right, the Electoral College will give us a Leader. I am a little bit wary of John McCain being 100% right, but he seems to be on the road to somewhere. President Jimmy Carter was supposed to be a change too, but look what happened;
we had a "Duh" four years and lost the Canal.
Get us out of Iraq and dump that stupid A_____ idea
called TSA! No, not entirely, just revise it to a level of common sense like my shoes and a bottle of
water or soda pop now that airlines are going to rip us off for that little pleasure.

United to charge for meals on international flights {Gadling}
Aug 22nd 2008 5:31PM I have many hours on UA Int'l flights and this BS is the end for me. I may have to use those other airlines, but I will be sure that I get fed and not nickel-dimed to frustration.
If UA is so poor, why not show us the actual cost per flight
on a 777 from SF to Nagoya or Tokyo? If oil goes back down, are they going to rduce fares? Believe me__I may pay more on a foreign liner, but I will get even and I encourage others to do the same. Making 3-4 Int'l trips to Japan per year is
money lost, but not to UA. You cannot even get my mileage
card name and number correct!

New Bags Let You Keep Your Laptop Inside at Airport Security Lines {Switched.com}
Jul 5th 2008 11:40AM This article and the abundance of responses verify my thoughts re TSA;
GW BUSH & company won agrandslam with the BS moniker of "Homeland" Security. The old airport inspection was very good and I still do not feel "safer" or "in danger' just because the White House tells
a bunch of dopes "it is this way, you folks need to understand". The only goal this BS has accomplished is to annoy people and screw up the actual trip. The so-called "freindly" laptop case is BS; another way to make money for somebody.
I fly a lot and I have never felt "unsafe", including just after 9/11. I remember listening to the DELTA personnel in the cabin leaving Nagoya;
"I just got this assignment and now they are cancelling it". NOT A SINGLE WORD about fear, danger, etc! Just a jolt to their lifestyle.

Has it come to the 4th of July being cancelled? {WalletPop}
Jun 29th 2008 11:17AM Hey folks__I live in the San Diego area and it is my understanding that City of Chula Vista is also cancelling
the Fourth of July fireworks, but they seemed to have
money for hiring consultants to raze the park where the celebration is usually held. However, just the local gab
with many people wondering what happened. Cheap
politicians! I just returned from a trip to Texas and those towns are really small, but the Fourth is their day
for rodeos and American flags!

BA to ground planes to save fuel {BloggingStocks}
May 19th 2008 9:32PM I hate to say this, but don't blame the oil producing nations__hang it on the gasoline, diesel, and lubricating oils companies. They have all made (in their own words by record reporting) immense
profits. The culprit; I think it is the TRADERS that
continually boost the price/barrel just as they did when California (and other states) got hit with those super large electric bills. Want to stop this?
Everybody, and I do mean everybody, stop buying gas for a few days, stay home, make love, take walks, talk to your kids, work on your hotrod, walk to a movie or a museum__that will put a dent into the producers and OIL companies as well.

Video of laptop exploding at LAX {Gadling}
Feb 22nd 2008 10:32PM Banning laptops is just another notch in GW Bush's record___glorified by the TSA and all the goofs leading it. Beef up security so we can safely ship our laptop in the baggage compartment. Everybody can be happy and
content about their property. I am going to see about sending my laptop via Express Mail to overseas addresses, or maybe just buy another laptop. No, i am not "rich"__it is a sense of priorities and I thinkthat my success in business is more important than a big DVD at home or a football season ticket.

Apply for a U.S. passport card on February 1 {Gadling}
Jan 31st 2008 3:52PM The author thinks that $100 is too much for a passport;
if people are crying about it, what do they do when they go to an NBA or NFL game? The only thing about passport fees that I do not like is that you only get a few pages and I travel alot, so having to send it in and add pages for some stupid, non-thinking US officer to
waste two (2) stamp spaces is the crime.
