Jul 23rd 2011 4:33PM Another method I found to be the very best and I got this advice from a pest control guy is the following: At 12:00 noon clean up all sources of food in your home making sure everything is in containers or in the refrigerator. Then pour bleach into all drains and toilet bowls. The reason for this? Fruit flies lay eggs in drains and other water sources after the noon hour. By 2:00 PM the eggs hatch thus a new generation you must fight. This works like a charm!
