Oct 1st 2006 4:28PM Ugh. That might be the most devastating loss I can recall since the playoff loss to Pittsburgh. I don't care if it was Manning -- you can't let any team run roughshod over you like that and give up two TDs in the final 2:34 minutes of a game, especially with scoring on a 103-yard kickoff. The defense was pushed around most of the game, and especially when it mattered. 0-2 at home. Double ugh.

What a waste of an effort by the offense and special teams. Plus it looks like they lost Coles and Houston for who knows how long. I am absolutely sick. . .

Fark.com sells their editorial, and the loyalty of their users. (The Jason Calacanis Weblog)

Dec 29th 2004 1:13PM Everybody telling our host here to shut up (in one way or another) seems to be saying "hey, they have the right to do it, so you can't criticize 'em for doing it." Now, you may not care so much that Fark was taking payola, given the nature of the site. That's fine. If you actually bother to read what was said by Mr. Calacanis, the only real issue he raised is that it wasn't disclosed that this was going on. You may think Fark has no obligation to disclose that this is going on, and that's where you disagree with Mr. Calacanis. Our host here has just as much right to criticize Fark as Fark has to do what it's doing. So go ahead and argue that what Fark is doing is not a big deal, but you're a fool if you think nobody has the right to say it's going on and that it is a big deal.
