J.D. Power: Styling biggest reason people reject Acura (Autoblog)
Dec 23rd 2010 8:58AM The first time I was in my mother in law's current gen Accord I said the same thing. HOLY BUTTONS BATMAN! Reminds me of the early 90's Oldsmobiles. My father had one that had 88 different buttons on the dash/cluster/steering wheel. I remember because I counted them when I was about 12.
What would convince you to buy iPad 2? (TUAW.com)
Dec 14th 2010 8:08AM Eh, not much. I like my current iPad. I have used facetime on my iPhone 4 .... twice maybe since launch. I don't video conference. Don't need cameras on my iPad. The ability to tether my iPhone to it would be nice, but I have a Verizon MiFi that I expense through work because I use it for on call purposes with my work laptop as well. In summation, I will skip iPad 2.
Redsn0w jailbreak already live for iOS 4.2.1 on all devices (TUAW.com)
Nov 23rd 2010 10:00AM Yup. Tethered is the suck. Although with the $20 for 1GB Verizon MiFi I have, my main reason for jailbreak (MiFi) is somewhat negated.
Adobe is testing optimized Flash Player beta for the MacBook Air (TUAW.com)
Nov 19th 2010 2:35PM Don't be silly, Apple didn't provide them with MacBook, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro or Mac Mini samples with which to optimize for. Of course they can't just use the existing Core2Duo, Corei5 and Core i7 machines to optimize, they NEED free stuff from Apple.

Nov 19th 2010 2:28PM Mike,
Why can't the codecs use OpenCL? Apple supports it, no?

New record set for world's fastest furniture (Autoblog)
Sep 9th 2010 1:44PM Mike seems like I'd get annoyed with him. Edd seems like the kind of guy I'd hang out with and be friends with.

Sep 9th 2010 11:47AM The guy from Wheeler Dealers, Ed, is really into doing this stuff. I know he made a desk that went over 80.
Who pays the highest auto loan interest rates in the country? (Autoblog)
Sep 3rd 2010 12:09PM They may only offer that 0% to people putting 20% down with a 740 or better score or something that very few people do. If you don't REALLY need the loan, that's when there's little to no interest because if its too high, you simply don't get it. Its incentive to get people to borrow that otherwise wouldn't. If you need a new car, and don't make a lot of money to be able to put a sizable chunk down, chances are you're more desperate and are willing to pay what they ask.
2011 Dodge Durango unveiled (Autoblog)
Sep 2nd 2010 10:22AM Something about this screams 2005 to me... I can't tell if its the headlights or the grille or what. The body looks like a Tahoe with the front end similar to a TrailBlazer.
