Nov 19th 2010 9:50AM I disagree with this article. One of my good friends from college was named TJ Scott Mc... His parents had a similiar issue. They wanted to name him after both grandpas (Timothy and Johnathan), but wanted to call him TJ. Well, both sides said they were going to call him one of the other, so they just named him TJ to avoid the issue. He loved it, and so did his parents. I don't think it's an issue at all! By the way, there were no periods in his name, just TJ.
