Oct 17th 2007 10:50AM I think that were it not for the name of the costume, no one would ever mistake it for being a costume referring to anorexia. It's basically the same re-done old, tired skeleton costume that's so cheapy and unoriginal that anyone who wore it to any party would never be mistaken for someone who actually took time to put a little thought into their costume.

And yeah, anorexia is a disease and it's horrible that some people have it, but good lord. People need to lighten up. Broaden your horizons just a smidgen and accept the fact that humor can be used against everything as a means to battling it. The PC attitude of this whole society disgusts me. One can't even wish anyone on the street a "Merry Christmas" for fear of them taking offense if they don't happen to be Catholic.

What a crock.

Caught On Tape: UPS Guy Hurls Package (Switched)

Aug 17th 2007 2:07PM Ummm... I have news for all of you. I worked for UPS, and whatever you catch a driver doing out in the open is NOTHING compared to what goes on in the hubs. I loaded UPS trailers for a year and a half, and on numerous occasions I was told by managers and higher ranking officials that to speed up the loading, I should THROW... computers into the trailers. Most trailers have skids that the packages slide down, but some areas of hubs don't, and a loader must manually walk the package into the trailer, then walk back out to get the next package. So yeah, I was basically ordered to hurl peoples' and businesses' computers costing thousands of dollars to the back of trailers. UPS really doesn't care what you're shipping, they won't handle it with care once they get your money.
