It was a federal crime in the USSR to deliberately take actions that would harm the economy, I think that we need the same actions, so these Enron and WorldComm and AIG fat cats finally face up to the true repercussions of what they've done. Failing that try them for treason.

Mar 12th 2009 10:04PM PDAs are tactless just because they throw up a huge social roadblock to trying to interact with either of them.

A couple kissing in the mall, okay, that I can deal with, what I'm talking here is when you're hanging out as a group with friends and two of them can't keep their hands off each other.

Suddenly the party of five is you and the other two, making for some awkward moments.
Not only that is just smacks of desperate possessiveness, not attractive.

Jan 23rd 2009 1:09PM There are plenty of hobby developers out there turning out great products for the joy of it, but in the cell phone market, it seems they're sadly absent, especially on the iPhone. Honestly the fact of apple's poor support on that front is why I haven't gone to iPhone yet, I'm perfectly happy with my Motorola RAZR 2, and Motorola offers their dev kits free of charge.

So more power to the hackers, the only way to secure an open development environment is to make control irrelevant.
