Yes, air flow is normally given in CFM or a similar unit, but you really think that marketing was doing that to put a "bigger number on the box"? In case you couldn't figure it out, 119 gallons per second is equal to around 954 CFM. If it was a larger number they were looking for, I'm pretty sure they would have used CFM.

I think the idea is pretty cool in general. Like most brand new inventions, the price is way too high. I think if this were to catch on the price will be driven down like everything else. I'd like to see it in person to see how quiet it is compared to a normal fan, though.

Mar 18th 2009 10:34AM Who cares about their defensive stats, they play in the Pac-10! This analysis is obviously pretty skewed since the teams they play in their conference can't even put points on the board most of the time anyway.

I'm not doubting Pete Carroll's ability as a coach, but with all the talent they have on that team year after year, hell I could coach them. What is a lot more impressive is a team that gets second-tier, average recruits and turns them into good football players.
