Feb 9th 2011 7:09AM Other than Roseanne Barr and Johnny Desmond (at Dem Convention) I cannot remember a WORSE rendition of our national anthem. It makes me sick to hear these ego maniacs screw it up so badly. The WORDS mean so much to ALL patriotic Americans, but to some of these song-butchers its their moment in the sun. I have heard it sung as a spiritual WHICH IT ISNT and butchered into a pop song which it NEVER will be. But,forgetting the words to such a meaningful part of our heritage in unforgiveable. Disgusted, disheartened and just damn sick of it. She sounded TERRIBLE. If that is talent then we are in real trouble. Yuk.

Sep 21st 2010 3:42PM What the heck is going on in this country??? A father steps in front of his tormented daughter and HE has to apologize? There are no extenuating circumstances for bullying. Those little punks should be identified and publicly embarrassed along with their parents....Personally, I hold the bus driver responsible for this. He should have been in control of his bus riders...Years ago when the bus driver yelled "sit down and shut up" nobody made a sound....If it takes an ARMED security officer then so be it, but those little cowards should NOT be allowed to remain anonymous...

The team looked as if they were sleepwalking, very slow to react or maybe a "tad" overconfident. So, yeah, the ref blew the call BIG TIME, but if the guys had played TWO second halves that call would've been unimportant. GO USA..USA, USA....
