Jan 4th 2010 11:09AM I didnt have any animals and lived alone then a year and a half ago on Labor day weekend my oldest son was helping me move things in the garage and he said "did you hear that? and low and behold there was a tiny little orange kitten who could barely cry or lift his head and was covered in fleas, he was becoming so anemic from the fleas he was approx a day from death, I put some water down in a dish and headed for petsmart to get some kitten formula and when I returned I bathed him in warm water (he actually loved it ) and brought him in the house and started bottle feeding him ( he was approx 2 weeks old) during the bottle feeding I would talk to him and call him my little "garage kitty" since I wasnt going to keep him, just get him well and give him away was my first intention, well within a week he would answer to garage kitty and that name stuck.... and he stuck in my heart.... so after 7 months of trying to get him to realize he was a cat not a person I decided to get another kitten about his age, after having spent so much money on garage kitty I couldnt afford another "free" kitten, so I started searching for another kitten that had already had shots and been fixed, and then on craigslist I saw an ad for a male kitten 8 months old with shots and nuetered for 35.00 I called and when she emailed me the pictures it was like looking at a picture of garage kitty except skinnier ... well his name was Numchuk and she called him nummers ...well he became my "Nummer 2 Kitty" and they are inseperable and nummer 2 kitty sure taught garage kitty very quickly that he was a cat ... I cant imagine life without them now.

Nov 27th 2009 11:01PM My legal name is Vicki ...not Victoria (my father wanted a 55 Ford Victoria and wanted to put a nice plate with Vicki written in script on the front... with no money at that time and my birth in 1955 my father insisted I be named Vicki ... over the years many have tried to call me Victoria and I let them politely know that my legal name is just Vicki ... however when it comes to spelling it people always want to add the E or the Y to Vicki and I just laugh and tell them that my parents couldn't afford the E or Y .... makes people laugh and then they always remember how it is spelled ... but my fondest memory and nick name was due to my baby sisters not being able to pronouce my name and both called me Gicki .... over the years it stuck ..but only with my father ... he always lovingly called me Gick right up until he past away .... sometimes I miss hearing Gick

Mother Admits She Doesn't Love Her Daughter (ParentDish)

Jan 23rd 2009 11:08AM I grew up with a mother just like that, even worse. I am the 2nd of 4 children and only the oldest really got any love from our mother, but for unknown reasons my mother never even liked me .... It was a struggle for years trying to seek acceptance from her ...it never happened, fortunately I learned to get past it. We cant choose our relatives, but we can choose how we let them effect our lives as adults. I can only pray that this little girl is strong and learns to deal with the emotional issues this will bring to her life. Not every child has loving memories of their mother, but learning to accept that is the key to becoming an emotionally stable and loving adult.

Sep 19th 2008 12:50AM OMG...where I work (Major Insuance company)I could be fired for sending an email to another coworker just asking anything that "corporate guidelines" say is not a work related issue ...people where I work have literally been fired for asking a coworker in email what time they were going to lunch... simply because it was not work related....a text message would be instant dismissal ...let alone 12,000 of them !!!

So I guess I can just post any kind of stupid comment on any famous person, and millions of IDIOTS are going to start passing the gossip...hell, no wonder young stars have such issues in their lives...maybe if they were just allowed to live a normal life outside of their performances they wouldn't be acting out in such bizzare manners. Imagine if everywhere you went, you were stalked, photographed, and generally just bothered all day and night .... I tend to believe that would make most NORMAL people go a little off the deep end. Jennifer Anniston is at least one of the most NORMAL acting stars in Hollywood these days, for all the personal issues in her life to have been plastered across the press with every idiot reporters "Added" insight into what they are doing .....get real, if it was you or me we would probably go crazy. Bring back the days of old...when stars private lives were respected making them act accordingly. Now america only seems to happy to find out the stars are in rehab or wacking out in someother manner. Its a sad direction our world is headed.
