Biggest Loser Trainers Go Too Far (That's Fit)
Sep 29th 2009 6:15PM There are many positive ways to encourage a person who is not used to pushing themselves physically. I do NOT mean going easy on them. Does it take a 'professional trainer' to see these people are NOT USED TO these actiivities? Let the person know they are safe and are doing it for THEMSELVES. They are feeling NEW, scary sensations. Ask why they don't think they can continue and explain HOW/WHY you know they CAN do it. A good trainer can be VERY FIRM without swearing or ABUSING the client. The enemy is not the client, it's the old thinking and habits. Fight those enemies together. And what is this B.S. America is swallowing about the Last-Chance Workout? Burn 3500 calories to lose a pound. A good trainer will keep the client moving all week, not try to cram it in at the last minute. You are encouraging exactly the type of wrong thinking keeping America on its ass. This scares people AWAY from exercise! Jillian and Bob, get off the Holly'roids go back Training 101 - yelling is not clever manipulation - you are bullies, not trainers! A little encouragement would be nice too. But it's all about YOU, isn't it? A good trainer NEVER takes the focus off the client

It's only going to save you if you are not using power during the day. I am home all day so it would cost me more if I switched. Without this special plan you pay the same for every kilowat hour.
