Oct 13th 2009 1:44PM Here we go again - let's start screaming class-action for no reason. Lawyers have a purpose but America is still lawsuite happy which costs everyone after meaningless suits are filed and settled. Electronics break ..period. Things get lost..period. If you want to keep it, make a paper copy or an electronic copy yourself. ALL backups will eventually fail and information will be lost - comes with the territory. And if you hadnt performed a hard reset of your phone - thinking that would restore access, you wouldnt have lost any data. Besides, I bet your Terms of Service with TMobile releases them from liability related to data. You accepted it, so deal with it. Yes it suxs and I would be ticked off as well but yelling class-action is stupid.
