People under the age can not buy alcohol, you pay more insurance under the age of 25 because young people can be reckless. I work for a rental company and we are going to give a child a 30,000 dollar car and they shouldn't have to pay more? Come on would you turn over your brand new car without wanting some insurance that the vehicle would be ok? I don't think so
