May 31st 2011 3:04PM I am from the olden days, when I was a child, I got to be a child, and do female and male things, just as everyone did. Today kids are under too much pressure. We built forts in empty lots, and played dolls. We dressed like the gender we were. It is confusing enough being a child. All these sports, music lessons, and other activities they do, are taking away from a care free time of being young. We didn't have the techno stuff. Just fun. Kids with a cell phones., video games. What happened to public phones , making up games.? Many children are spoiled and pampered, that doesn't build charactor. My husband had a job when he was nine, helping support the family, which was first and formost. Parents need to put that time in teaching manners, skills ,chores,and responsability,just like real life.

I feel pleased when people call my name when I am waiting to be served in line. Change your name on your social security, and other legal papers, and accounts. Hope this has made your day.

May 5th 2011 3:30PM We are a nation of immegrents, they should be legal. English as our first language is a must, that has to be enforced. Common language unites us.I named my Daughter, Valentina after the first woman cosmanat in space. She was Russian. I admire the trend favorite names are going for boys and girls. We have a toddler in our family named Kingston. The name one chooses for their babies will affect them all their lives.

Violet, Hazel, Hortense,Nettie, Bernice, Delora, May, Treasure, Eunice, Nora,Nelda, Anita, Alice, and Sylvia just to name a few. We had a student that I work with in Grammar school named Spudrina. My Daughters names are Celeste, Valentina. My sons name is Dennis. He never liked his name. He called himself D.C. his middle name is Charles. Choose wisely.

Yes, teens will have sex when they choose to, the urge is too great. So parents have to be realistic, remembering their own feelings, and experiences.keep the communications open. Mar 12th 2011 3:12PM I personally think what you experience in relationships of parents and their friends affects one in their relationships as an adult. I can't begin to understand the silent treatment some couples. That is totally dangerous,as when it surfaces it could be a loss to the relationship that they won't get back. Physical abuse on both partners shouldn't be tolerated. It tends to escalates. Relationships are so complex. Marrying from similar backgrounds is a plus, also in the same age group. Substane, and alcohol abuse so lessens the chances for a relationship to survive.

Feb 14th 2011 5:04PM I thought for the most part the program was well represented. I thought Rhiana was over done , an example of bad taste, and very poor roll modeling. They have to clean up their act. Enough with the wide open legs. Justin Beiber was great, as Usher always is. Barbara Streisand is a good vocalist, but needs to upgrade her look.Ceo was great, as was his part of the show. Really loved Dylan and the band, also good to see Mick in such fine form.
