Controlling the trafficking, disease and abuse will be close to impossible. Haven't women struggled long enough to gain respect? Do women truly see this as "empowerment" and a way to put food on the table? I don't care what anyone says; a woman loses herself through meaningless sex, even if it IS viewed as a career. How she views herself will be passed down to her children. If women are really hurting for money, work at Denny's before you spread your legs for some disease-riddled scum bag who happens to have a few extra bucks in his pocket.
