First of all, you're an excellent writer.
Oprah does exploit people. That's half her thing. She inspires, which gives her the right (to most people) to exploit. I lost my mom in 1998. It makes a person extremely vulnerable, confused as well as grief stricken. She makes a gazillion dollars and is on a power trip. She makes way more than she gives and usually what she gives is from sponsors and not from her own pocket. She could never give away all of her billions but she should try. I know it's her money, her work, her choice, but all of that came from God. Just being worth one billion should be good enough.

Usually people who are racist and/or angry also judge and condemn others for their personal life. It's from ignorance. Small minds can be dangerous. Please try and thank God for people who love and give any child a better life.
These celebrities have the right to do what they want with their money, as we all do. Adopting any one of God's children is better than buying an extra house, diamonds, or a yacht.

Jan 8th 2010 3:28AM When people get to be very old, they NEED to have their driving skills tested before they get behind a wheel! It's great that they want independence, hey,I'm almost old, I get it, but people get killed by these old bastards too often. I know of an incident in santa monica where kids were killed and also at a bus stop, the same thing. They need to take a driving test more often, I would do it too. Lives are at risk.
