Tiger is pretty savvy and I highly doubt he entered into this marriage without a prenup, therefore, I wouldn't listen to anything these media rags say.

BTW, if it weren't for abolition, suffrage, labor movement, or civil rights; blacks, women, and children would still be treated like CHATTEL, property of white men with no rights! Any American who tries to deny the Constitutional Rights of another should give up their citizenship, period! You wanna be bigot, fine be a bigot, but when it comes to following the very laws that not only PROTECT YOU but GRANT YOU the right to Freedom, Liberty and the pursuit of [personal] Happiness is where the line in the sand is drawn!

May 18th 2010 7:11PM Yes, that's the gist of contract law and although Rogers did breach it by consolidating her bill with the family plan and sending her bill without her permission, it highly rises to the level of $600,000 in damages! If she was not having an affair then it would have been a non-issue, but becauase she was caught committing adultry and breaking her marriage vows [marital contract] she wants to place the blame on Rogers for something they did not commit!?! If I was a juror I would give her $200 for the unauthorized bill consolidaton and tell her to take full responsibility for the affair.

May 14th 2010 2:40PM I agree with you and THANK YOU for your service to this country, as YOU are the citizens we should be glorifying, NOT those scumbag lawyers, banksters, CEOs, and economic leeches who keep screwing this country up! All these college degrees are useless and IMO keep too many Americans from doing "real work" and receiving proper compensation for it. The pyramid builders, Newton, Franklin, Edison, and Einstein didn't obtain their intelligence from sitting behind a desk, but by "DOING", which included countless hours of labor and toiling to find out what worked and what didn't. In 1953 less than 3% of the population had a degree, yet it was the most productive decade in the US known as the "golden years" because laborers, blue collar workers and non-degreed garage inventors built a strong and vibrant economy through manufacturing, trade skills and invention that served a LONG TERM LEGITIMATE purpose---not the financial greed, credit manipulation, and creation of unnecessary wasteless products that now consumes our nation and landfills today. We need a sanity check or the Great Depression will look like a mini recession if we don't get our house in order.

Giving these kids a beer is not going to make them an alcoholic just like giving a kid a twinkie is not going to make them obese! There are far more important matters than an adult trying to get on YOU TUBE by asking kids to hold up a beer after a hockey game! By sensationalizing it we are actually playing into a child%u2019s curiosity! By giving them a taste and educating them on the dangers it can pose to them and others if overconsumed, you are not only removing the taboo but the allure of drinking. There are mature ways to be handle these issues.

Alcohol is not a "scourge on society" as majority of the people are not alcoholics nor abuse alcohol. Not everyone becomes addicted, in fact most do not, which is why those like you keep making mountains out of molehills then wonder why our Government keeps getting bigger and bigger which FORCES US to BORROW MORE AND MORE AND MORE AND MORE?!?
