May 10th 2012 9:48AM While BoA is difficult to deal with, it is not impossible. Stick to your guns. I told them I was going to go behind because of my deadbeat ex- and they wouldn't help me so I went behind and that got their attention.I called every few days and kept notes because everyone told me something different. I got a real estate friend to call, too, on my behalf since she knew the lingo. After a year and five separate application packages (they were never satisfied and kept demanding more) they offered me a modification. As one last ditch effort to screw me, they a gave me two days to get the last pack back to them. Well I did it. (Had to drive two hours to my ex-'s house to hand deliver the papers for signatures but I did it. STICK TO YOU GUNS AND BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD>

However, with the injustice done by an irresponsible relative involving something as deeply personal and undeniably necessary as a home, its hard to not sympathize with the homeowner.

Apr 6th 2011 11:43AM I saw a news interview with this kid and he was acting so coy and cute when he said, "I have anger stuff, that's just how I am." it sounds like the message has already been given to him that his behavior is ok. They used non-lethal means to subdue someone who clearly needed it, but Mom should have applied a butt-whooping long before this.

May 5th 2009 9:34AM I work retail and there are quite a few people who deserve a good whooping, but I would never cross that line because my job is more important. BUT how many time can the same cusotmer call the store looking for something we don't carry? How many time do I have to answer the question "How much are the $5.00 tee-shirts?" And when can I walk away from the customer following me around the store asking the price on every single item they touch when the items are priced, or signed, or both. The general public is stupid.

Mar 10th 2009 8:38PM Hard to say what happened... I used to do stock in a value branded store. In the middle of a shipment of 800 pairs of jeans, ONE was tagged with a HIGH-END brand leather waist patch. The jeans were identical in EVERY WAY. All we could assume was that the same factory was making BOTH brands and inadvertantly slipped a high-end labeled one in OUR shipment. Very strange, but very plausible.

Disney is on everyone's hit list. Accidents happen and there isn't always cause for action. Americans are sue happy and that is part of what's wrong with this country.
