I would like to see the Veterans of Vietnam file a class action suit against Jane Fonda for her betrayal, consorting with the enemy, a traitor act of treason in North Viethnam as her American soldiers were dieing on the battlefield in South Vietham.

Feb 22nd 2010 4:01PM I was in Vietnam when Jane Fonda was sitting with the enemy down playing our involvment in Vietnam. Our men were dieing, what was her reason to turn her back on our troops.
Hey we were there because we were American Soldiers, we do not question an order, we follow orders. We gave our time and lives to protect our country.
I read your liberal posts, and probably none of you have given your time to protect our country. Many cowards burned their draft cards, not because of they didn't believe in war, they were afraid to die for their country. 58,000 died so they could party, do drugs and play with the women. So they could go to college and get an education. So Jane Fonda could make movies and live the good life.
My opinion is that Jane Fonda committed treason against the United States of America, she should have been made accountable for her actions.
We the Vietnam Vets feel that way. If any one of us military personel did what she did we would have faced a court marshell and probably a death sentence. Why is she so special most ask?

Nothing lasts for ever. As much as we like to critisize the show, it was a fun show to watch. It gave us an view into how a normal family functions. They were all non scripted charactors, who enjoyed the spotlight and had a ball. Of course will all families there is drama. Why the show was so popular. We could see ourselves on screen. The demise as most say was the ego part and when you throw in fame and money, the writing is on the wall. Thanks guys for a fun 7 years and the platform to write about ya all. Good luck to you.

Reason, I used to work as a carpender, and I am hard on rings, so would take it off at work, and then I lost it. So quit wearing one. No I don't cheat, or chase women. I have a nice woman at home. I think people put too much on this crap.

Dec 1st 2009 12:05PM Plain and Simple, I am satisfied they do a background checks. Sure as hell don't want a felon or ex felon disguised as a census taker, casing my home or getting my personal information. I worked too hard during the years to protect my good name, credit, what few things I have on this earth. We experienced a jewelry thieft from our home this year, things that we bought each other for Anniversarys, Christmas's including my wedding ring. Frankly I don't trust anyone, expecially felons or ex felons. Personal information: I will not give any out to census takers other than how many live in my house.
