Kanye West Uses Blog to Strike Back (Switched)

Jun 28th 2008 11:37AM I love how this is being spun as bad hippies poor Kanye. He obviously has no experience dealing with a festival setting. From reading his blog it seems as though he expected to be pampered but he has to realize festival promoters have a 100 bands to worry about not just Kanye. He actually suggested he should bring his own stage? Come on now. He should have performed his music and forgot about all the stupid glow in the dark outfits and what not. Obviously his music is not good enough live so he has to have flames shoot from the stage and other distractions to keep his normal sheep fan base happy. Really this should never have happened. Kanye should have passed on the large amount of money he received for his performance and stayed home. Music festivals like Bonnaroo are for real musicians not pop princesses like Kanye.
