Yes, they have the obligation and due diligence to report fraudulent activity and the only way they get away with garbage is by them trying to get YOU to believe their garbage.

Find an Attorney....Sue them in Federal Court for damages and gross negligence and Violation of the Privacy Act

Sep 21st 2008 9:25PM WOW! Now the Dolphins fans come out of the woodwork to bash the PATRIOTS and brag about the win. Not much consolation to brag about when you beat the PATRIOTS (without Brady and Maroney). OOOOH! The Boyscouts could've beaten PATRIOTS today. They played (absolutely) horrible and without BRADY....they don't have the spark. Cassel (#16) was WAY off on his throws....his timing was horrible and the only (exciting) drive that happened was HOBBS (#27), 81 yd. kick-off return for "some" yardage to yet another (boring) FG! Well, PATS have a bye next week....good for them...atleast that won't give us a loss next week.

Lawyer sues Delta for ruining family vacation (ParentDish)

Jun 1st 2008 10:30PM Delta has destroyed my luggage (2x) in less than (30) days. They lost my original luggage and highly unorganized, no management skills or professionalism. Delta needs to "weed out" their entire staff and start over. Their baggage handlers are absolutely horrible and airline staff just doesn't give a crap.

I would enjoy nothing more than this Lawyer and frequent travelers to join in on a class-action lawsuit and put Delta on their knees. Delta gave me a $200 credit voucher last year and I have (2) months left to use it. Quite frankly....I'd rather Delta pay me the $200 cash and I'll go to another airline. Their constant "credits" for passengers to use their airline is getting WORSE! Please, have this attorney contact me (Patriots1167@aol.com) and I will be happy to back him up on the same problems I had....spending an entire night in the Atlanta Airport because my flight was canceled last minute from Shrieveport, LA. Delta is very POORLY managed and needs to terminate the dumb-asses who think poor customer service is going to be tolerated. Quite frankly, this gentleman has every right to request his credit card company dispute his entire airfaire and have Delta attempt to go collect it again and validate WHY Delta should deserve being paid for such gross incompetence.

Apr 13th 2008 8:52AM Hmmmm. Let's review this case shall we? Common sense says.....KNUT is a "wild" animal. No matter HOW cute/adorable he is....he's STILL a "wild" animal and just because KNUT isn't with his birth mother doesn't mean his "animal" instincts were removed.

This "wild" animal was practicing HUNTING. Yes, bears DO HUNT for all those want-to-believe spectators. Hint: Bears do hunt (and eat) fish!

Cut your hair to keep INSIDE your helmet for your OWN safety! Military has their hair regs as part of their uniform...why should the NFL be any different! Roger Goodell is setting a professional standard. NO FARKIN LOSERS (NFL) allowed...including, thugs, disciplinary issues, DUI's, Assaults, etc. No criminal records...clean up your act or GET OUT...in civilian terms "You're fired" and these professional athletes need to be reminded that no matter what your contract states...you will be terminated for any arrests or criminal violations or conduct unbecomming to the NFL and your Team's Policy and Procedures.

Mar 18th 2008 2:24PM NEVER USE tap water for ice cubes. The Municipal (City) Water had high concentrations of Chlorine and other chemicals to kill bacteria. Actually, with the levels of Chlorine in you water..you're actually freezing BLEACH! If you wouldn't shower in your Pool water or drink your pool water why would you DRINK or shower in your Tap water? Put SHOWER Filters on your shower...install a water filter by your sink! Chlorine has been linked to all kinds of health issues and people with skin problems. Chlorine (tap) water dilutes the effectiveness of soap/shampoo when you take a shower....when turn on the HOT water your shower produces Chlorine Gas because of the steam. Put a filter on it! Lord knows when you take a bath how much chlorine your skin is absorbing! Trust me!
